Can I pay by any means except PayPal?
Yes — Alexandra accepts Venmo or Chase QuickPay as well. Contact her for payment details. Electronic payment only at this time.
Do you accept checks or money orders?
No. I only accept electronic payment at this time.
What should I wear during my session?
Wear loose, comfortable clothing, preferably a light color, as that can vibrationally open up your energy. Bring a jacket for warmth.
What if I have allergies?
Please let me know if you have any allergies at the time of booking.
I am allergic to cats. How might this affect my session?
Long-distance sessions via Zoom are available, or sessions at your home or office for an additional fee.
Are pets allowed during sessions?
No. Connecting to your auric field requires concentration and focus.
What type of picture is required for long-distance sessions?
Please email an individual photo of yourself at least two hours before your session so I can connect to your auric and energy fields.
How should I prepare for long-distance energy healing?
Be seated in a comfortable position or, ideally, lying down in a quiet room with no distractions. Ensure others won't interrupt you.
What video conferencing platforms are available?
Zoom, Skype, Go To Meeting, or Google Hangouts work for remote sessions.
Can I drink alcohol before or after sessions?
It's not recommended. Alcohol consumption affects the immune system, both before your session and within a few days afterward.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are allowed for cancellations made no less than 24 hours from the time of your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations allow rescheduling only.
