What Is Harmonic Sound Healing?
Alexandra uses handcrafted Nepalese sound vibrational bowls - made from seven sacred metals and hand-hammered with sacred chants. When these bowls are played on and around your body, the vibrations penetrate at a cellular level: calming an overactivated nervous system, dissolving energetic stagnation, and restoring harmony to the auric, etheric, and physical fields simultaneously. Sessions are available in-person in Arvada, CO.
