Loss and triggers can bring old programming back to the surface. Not because we are broken, but because the body starts protecting itself through beliefs that once felt necessary and now keep us from receiving.
Loss can create blockages to receiving. We may start believing, "I am not worthy," "I should have prevented this," "I do not deserve more," or "If I receive, I might lose again."
One moment of pain can flare up past-life karma, ancestral imprints, and childhood patterns, all hitting the body at once. This is why so many people feel heavy, burned out, and stuck in stories they thought they were done with.
Your body is speaking loudly because it wants you to finally hear the story beneath the story.
Alexandra sat with her own stuckness around receiving and found generational imprints, parental programming, and old rules around what must happen in order to receive. She journeyed through each chakra and asked what programming was looping, what belief was running the show, and what cord still had its hook in her.
